Sound is an incredible tool for healing, simultaneously grounding us and raising our energy. Join Composer and MoonHaven instructor Jennie Huntoon for a unique ritual experience that is built entirely of song. In this gentle, relaxed group singing event, Jennie will lead you through some call-and-response spiritual melodies of her own composition, take some time for personal sharing and check-in with fellow community members, and end with a gorgeous group humming meditation technique that will completely change the way you think about both song and meditation. Join us monthly for this special opportunity to combine song and meditation in the Frederick area. This workshop is accessible to people of all spiritual backgrounds, and all levels of musical experience-- complete beginners are very welcome!

Event space is located down one flight of stairs down from ground level (no elevator) and is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The duration of the event involves sitting on floor primarily; however chairs are available as needed.
